High Energy Classes

If high intensity and adrenaline pumping workouts are your preference try one of our red coded classes. Ranging from Boxercise to Circuits, high impact classes give you the opportunity to test your physical fitness and offer an excellent 'all body' workout. The intensity of high energy classes may be too demanding for inactive users or beginners.

Abs Blast (BLC)

A mat based exercise class guaranteed to strengthen and condition abdominal muscles.

Boot Camp (BLC, HLC, TSLC)

A motivating and high intensity military style training course.

Boxercise (BLC, HLC, SLC, TSLC)

An effective form of cross training, this class combines aerobic and strength exercise. Fun, energetic and addictive.

Circuits (BLC, HLC, SLC)

Challenging exercises to improve fitness level and muscle strength using a variety of equipment.

Combat Fitness (BLC, TSLC)

A high energy class with a punch. An aerobic workout with combat moves.

Dance Mats Advanced (TSLC)

Increase fitness, stability and coordination whilst having great fun on our dance mats.

Kettlebell Circuit (HLC)

Kettlebells used in a circuit format to improve strength, flexibility and weight loss.

Outdoor Fitness (All Centres, Summer Only)

A challenging, fast and effective class. Outdoor exercises to improve both strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Spinning (HLC, BLC)

This high energy class brings the outdoors indoors. A motivating group setting, energising music and inspiring instructors make Spinning an incredible experience! Also Endura Spin and Easy Rider sessions.

Step (HLC, SLC)

A high intensity class with low - medium impact. Overall conditioning workout with emphasis on legs, hips and bums.

Total Body Workout (BLC, SLC, TSLC)

An all over body conditioning class, great for overall fitness at an intensity that suits you.
