FITNESS & EXERCISE
Get into good habits and stick to them...
If you can get into good habits and stick to them everyday, it will eventually add up to quite a significant change.
How many of us live within walking distance and get in the car to go to work everyday? It's a lot if we're honest. Set yourself the goal of getting up 15-20 minutes earlier and walking or cycling to work.
If you do work a little further from home and have to travel in your car, par a 10-15 minute walk from the office and walk the rest of the way into work.
NUTRITION & EATING
Get into good habits and stick to them..
Every day/couple of days, try and change something in your lifestyle for the better and stick to it.
I'll give you the first one for free.......... drink more water!
Try to get 2 litres of water per day. If you exercise, you will have to drink more to replace lost fluids. Let's face it, everyone sweats........ a lot. You can help your body by replenishing lost water and you will feel ten times better.
Give it a go and see how you feel.
