FASTCARD Passport
FASTCARD Passport provides concessionary discounts on a pay-as-you-go basis, or on FASTCARD Freedom and FASTCARD Select memberships. The level of discount is determined by the personal circumstances of the customer.
FASTCARD Passport
We have three price levels:
1. Adult standard - No concession
2. Passport Level 2 - Status concession (and juniors)
3. Passport Level 3 - Ability to pay concession
If you are in receipt of one of the following benefits you might be entitled to the discounted prices.
You must have a FASTCARD Passport to receive discounts.
To get a Passport, complete an application form attached to the FASTCARD leaflet and bring the appropriate proof to your local centre. FASTCARD Passport costs £2.75 per year registration fee.
Please note that we may ask for proof of eligibility at any time.
Level Two concessions
- Attendance Allowance
- Disability Living Allowance Care Component
- Severe Disablement Allowance
- Incapacity Benefit
- Carers Allowance - Proof: Notification letter and recent bank statement showing the benefit paid in OR Blue Badge OR current allowance book.
- State Retirement Pension and/or Pensioner Credit OR anyone over 60 years of age. - Proof: Pink Card Issued from the Department of Social Security or Passport/Driving Licence showing date of birth
- Full Time Student - Proof: Completed application form signed by a Head Teacher with school/college/university stamp and Student Identity or Union Card.
- Job Seekers Allowance (Contributory) - Proof: Completed application form endorsed by the Job Centre at your normal signing on place and time
Level Three concessions
- Income Support - Proof: Notification letter and recent bank statement showing the benefit paid in. Or current allowance book.
- Working Tax Credit(must be accompanied by health charges exemption certificate) - Proof: Award notice letter and health charges exemption certificate and recent bank statement showing the benefit paid in.
- Housing Benefit - Proof: Letter or notification of benefit award.
- Council Tax Benefit - Proof: Letter or notification of benefit award and bill showing rebate.
- Job Seekers Allowance (Income based) - Proof: Completed application form endorsed by the Job Centre at your normal signing on place and time
