50+ Dance Mats (BLC)

50+ Fitness Mix (BLC, HLC)

Enjoy a variety of low impact group exercises. Gentle but effective workout in a friendly sociable environment.

50+ Gym (SLC, TSLC)

A gym based circuit class designed to raise heart rate, improve muscle tone and strength.
