Swimming Lessons
Our four leisure centres at Bedale, Northallerton, Stokesley and Thirsk offer a full range of swimming lessons. We offer classes from Swim Totz right through to competitive swimming, we also offer adult classes so it's never too late to learn. Across the district we teach over 3000 people each week.
The swimmers journey through aquatics following the National Plan for Teaching Swimming will result in the development of a wide range of skills. The skills are like pieces of a jigsaw and when put together result in a competent, confident and safe swimmer.
