Opening hours
Our building opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 6:30am to 9:15pm
- Saturday: 6:45am to 2pm
- Sunday: 8am to 5:30pm
Opening hours are determined by the timetables for the day:
Please note that we operate on reduced hours over Bank Holidays.

The entrance to our centre is via the pavement with a’ press to open’ automatic fitted door. We have an accessible changing area which includes a toilet, shower, and wash basin. There are handrails fitted for support and a pull cord emergency alarm. We have a wheelchair available for use in the Changing Village and Pool Hall. There is a Pool Hoist to ensure swimmers can access and depart the pool safely Carers are welcome to use our facilities free of charge when providing support and assistance We have assistance alarms fitted in the gym, studio and group cycling studio
